HOW SECUVIZ WORKS:
VISITOR WITH APPOINTMENT
PRE-REGISTRATION
The host registers their visitors in advance by providing personal information and purpose of visit through an online portal. A unique appointment ID is generated and the visitor is notified via their preferred channel. i.e Email, SMS or Whatsapp

CHECK-IN
When visitors arrive, they are asked to check in at a kiosk or with a receptionist where they will be required to provide their appointment ID. The system verifies the information provided during pre-registration and the sends an OTP number to the visitor’s registered mobile number for added security. The visitor is then issued with a pass

HOST NOTIFICATION
The visitor management system automatically notifies the host that their visitor has arrived and is waiting in the lobby. The host can then come to greet the visitor or provide instructions on where to go next.

CHECK-OUT
By simply clicking on the designated button on the dashboard, the system instantly updates and logs the visitor out.

FOLLOW-UP
The system automatically sends an sms/ whatsapp message to visitors to gather feedback.
