HOW SECUVIZ WORKS:
GROUP VISITS
PRE-REGISTRATION
The group leader registers the group’s visit in advance by providing personal information for each group member and the purpose of the visit. The system generates a unique appointment ID for the group and notifies the group leader through their preferred channel. I.e i.e Email, SMS or Whatsapp.

CHECK-IN
Upon arrival, the group leader checks in with a receptionist or kiosk and provides the appointment ID. The system verifies the information provided during pre-registration and then sends an OTP number to their registered mobile number for added security. Each group member is then issued with passes

HOST NOTIFICATION
The visitor management system automatically notifies the host that their visitors have arrived and is waiting in the lobby. The host can then come to greet the visitor or provide instructions on where to go next.

CHECK-OUT
By simply clicking on the designated button on the dashboard, the system instantly updates and logs the visitor out.

FOLLOW-UP
The system automatically sends an sms/ whatsapp message to visitors to gather feedback.
