CHECK-IN:
Visitors who were not pre-registered are required to register on-site at a kiosk or with a receptionist by providing their identification document, the purpose of their visit, and mobile number. Visitors are then required to verify their identity through a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to their registered mobile number. The visitor is then issued with a pass

HOST NOTIFICATION
The visitor management system automatically notifies the host that their visitor has arrived and is waiting in the lobby. The host can then come to greet the visitor or provide instructions on where to go next.

CHECK-OUT
By simply clicking on the designated button on the dashboard, the system instantly updates and logs the visitor out.

FOLLOW-UP
The system automatically sends an sms/ whatsapp message to visitors to gather feedback.
